ABOUT US

James City Community Church (JCCC) came about through the church planting vision of Bay Rivers Community Church. Sam and Myra Goins had a call to the Williamsburg area after serving here as mission interns in 1994. After finishing seminary, they accepted Bay Rivers and God's call to grow a church in the Williamsburg area.
