Be Present and Trust in God

Casey O’Neal

Proverbs 3:1-6 “My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity. Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Isaiah 55:8-9 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

Matthew 6:34 “Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself.”

Hebrews 11:1 “Now Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

Psalms 20:7 “Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.”

Have the faith to bless what you don’t yet have.

Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present your requests.”

Psalms 40:4 “Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.”

Jesus refers to the Holy Spirit as “The Spirit of Truth”
