4 CHOICES THAT CHANGE EVERYTHING

Do not let any part of your body become an instrument of evil to serve sin. Instead, give yourselves completely to God, for you were dead, but now you have new life. So use your whole body as an instrument to do what is right for the glory of God.— Romans 6:13 NLT 

1. CHOOSE GOD'S WAY OVER MY WAY. 

Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom.  Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones. Proverbs 3:7,8 NLT

2. CHOOSE TO TRUST GOD'S INSTRUCTIONS. 

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5,6 NIV 

It was by faith that Abraham obeyed when God called him to leave home and go to another land that God would give him as his inheritance. He went without knowing where he was going. Hebrews 11:8 

3. CHOOSE TO GROW IN JESUS, NOT BE MOLDED BY CULTURE. 

 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is...” — Romans 12:2 (NIV) 

 
“Do not be misled: ‘Bad company corrupts good character.’” — 1 Corinthians 15:33 (NIV) 

"For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith." 1 John 5:4 

4. CHOOSE TO WALK IN VICTORY, NOT VICTIMHOOD. 

 “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.”  Romans 8:37 (NIV)
